I have been away. I've been busy with buying a house, having a baby, working my work, and doing some rather unexciting freelance work. After a strange, painful winter, and a sweet adventure in the hospital ending in surgery, I was not drawing at all. But I've changed that now with a vow to treat my arting like a second job and log a certain number of hours per week. It's actually a plan I've tried before, except this time I asked my wife to help make me stick to it, so it's actually working :D Other than that, check out this blog called "The Art Center" http://theartcenter.blogspot.com/ . A bunch of brilliant tutorials by a bunch of brilliant artists. I've been picking up some good pointers.
